Jase, my dear brother,

I kid you not, I have been lifting weights for 20 years.

My chest is actually a weak area of my physique. My legs are ridiculpus, they are like Olympic sprinters, always have been.

All I can tell you is to eat very healthy, workout like a barbarian at least three times per week, and do it for a 5 year span, and see what ahppens.

The roids are not the way to go. I've tried every supplement at the health food store, and each has their use.

I did a cycle of straight up testosterone when I was 22 years old, 8 weeks of testosterone, and I lost all I gained within 8 weeks of stopping it. So, I can tell you, that is not the way to go. It is a temporary fix, and it will kill you eventually.

I know one guy whose kidneys shut down because he used that shit all the time, with no time off, for too long (we're talking 5-8 years) and I don't want to see anyone e3nd up on dialysis like he has.

The only way to do it is over time.

PM me if you want some pointers, but don't do anythintg stupid, you're too good a guy to fuck yourself up.

I've been hitting those weights since April -09 and I've begun riding ye olde bike (atleast 30km / 4-5 times / week). I want those muscles baby and hopefully I'll be somewhere smaller than you in about 4-5 years!

Ren and Stimpy rocks.. I've got the first three seasons on my computer. Nova loves it aswell even if she doesn't understand a single word they say she loves it. It makes me very proud! Hoho.
