Head to Oscillator's Edit Menu, look for Phase Init, and choose any value besides 0, so that the phase recycles for each note.

then look for "Punch Intensity", and reduce it's value.

if you're opening a filter fast, with a short decay on filter envelope, your filter is fairly closed and you have a large amount, it will produce some snappy click to.

plus, you can use some attack (a little amount) on the Amp Envelope and/or some release on the filter envelope if it helps. all this settings talk to each other, so one adjustment here, probably means some other adjustment elsewhere so as to make things sound right, like most things synthesis, right?

otherwise, if it doesn't affect the sound to much, some low pass filter on your EQ on daw could handle it - and sometimes should, depending on what you're going for.
