ouch. a TI Polar, no less!
Synthesizerservice.de were the ones I obtained my Virus Indigo pots from. They are Access' hardware branch, so you're in good hands.

If it's anything like my Indigo, it's really quite easy to take out the keybed. Just one (or maybe two) screws on the back of the virus' chassis, and the whole keybed can be slid out and lifted from the front without having to open up the rest of the virus at all.
There is a ribbon cable behind the keybed attaching it to the rest of the Virus' internals though, so don't yank the keybed away.  You can just uncouple it.

I would try the eight screws who is a little bigger than the rest.
