It is not the fattest or loveliest sound, as a matter of fact it kinda stinks!

Hmm. Are you sure that you haven't used any effects at all on this one? I am quite sure that it sounds like you got a reverb on that bass-sound aswell. And if reverb is used correctly it can easily fatten up some types of sounds.

I'll post a clip tomorrow which is completly dry from every effect (No reverb, delay, unison, flanger, phaser, EQ and so on).

OK...finally listened to it

Nice sound there DS, and definately falls into my category of FAT. But...like 303 says, it sure does sound like a very short reverb on that bass

Yes theres a short reverb on it....but thats it. Doesnt actually make it sound any bigger really...not with that clip lol
