Lost my Virus into the floor
(The powercord got hocked into the doorhandle)
One broken key

Sorry to hear about this.....

I had a similar event with a Virus KC. I ended up having to send it back to Turnkey (UK supplier) for them to fit a new key. When I got my virus back I still had a problem with one of the keys....except this time my Virus came back to me scratched, dented and tap danced on. From then on ive always been weary of service centres....and if you do send it back make sure you take several DETAILED photos depicting the condition you sent it off in...

There is nothing worse than a shop ill-treating your investment. Take photos and cover yourself. Good luck

The powercord got hocked into the doorhandle and grab the virus out of my hands , yes I was in shock for a little time, but only one key was broken, no other damage at all

Can't find warnings about this in the manual ....hehe

Default new key
Got a new (well I 'think it's used before) E-key today from http://www.synthesizerservice.de/ , open the Ti tomorrow, take som pictures inside also.
