Default my virus c is receiving sysex but dont change the program..help me!!!
hi, a few days ago, after i update my virus c to 6.5 OS, my virus when receive sysex data dont change the programs. it shows the "se" signal when im sending sysex to the machine but dont do anything!!i dont understand! i´ve tryied all the parameters in the system edit! please help me!!

checked the device id? set it to "omni"

Go through the menus again. I say you just have the SysEx receive disabled.

Edit: System menu -> ProgChange Ena, MultiPrgChg Ena

no. its on! this is very wierd, because this always work!i never had problems with send/receive sysex! and now it just dont work! i´ve checked al the system options several of times!

How about reinstalling the OS?

Edit: Actually try to do the factory reset. Check the manual how to do it. It could do the trick. If not, then try the reinstall.
