my virus c is receiving sysex but dont change the program..help me!!!

hi, a few days ago, after i update my virus c to 6.5 OS, my virus when receive sysex data dont change the programs. it shows the "se" signal when im sending sysex to the machine but dont do anything!!i dont understand! i´ve tryied all the parameters in the system edit! please help me!!
