Default Bring a KC on the flight...

Hej Hej trevligt forum!

Im about to buy a Virus KB this week! Im so happy and joyfull ofcourse. But i might be moving to Korea next month and i was wondering, do u think i can bring my KC as hand luggage? So that i can take care and look after it myself.. Or do i have to build a case and bring it as normal luggage.. The thing is that i can buy th Indogo 1 for the same price but i like the 61 key thing. Although i think that the Indigo is cooler.

Which one is the best buy for the same price...?

im not sure the flight case will fit inside the compartment.
you should call the airlines to check the messures ahead.

about buying,indigo 1=virus b with 32 keys,the indigo 1 is the previews generation of the indigo 2=virus c.
i would take the KC even tho the indigo 1 looks more classy the kc offers more polyphony and few more features.

I very much doubt they'll let a KB on as hand luggage. It's huge!

An Indigo would probably make it, but I'd find out what the airline's policy is first though. I took a HPD15 on a plane from Tokyo and they were worried about that - it's maybe smaller than an Indigo too.

I believe it's in the specs on the Access site.

If I were you, I'd wait 1 month before getting the kb coz I'm pretty sure it can't be hand luggage + you'll have to pay extra!

get the KB. has more keys. they keys themselves are velocity sensitive and have aftertouch which the indigo does not.

to go with the KB get a flightcase. it will be worth it in the end.

no way in hell can you get that on a plane as hand luggage - just getting it through the aisles will be a problem and it WONT fit in the overhead compartments - its too long.

KB or KC weights about 15-18kg. Very heavy synth. Built like a german tank.

And, in this day and age, if you took an Indigo onto the plane with you, they'd probably be half-suss that it contained secret compartments with T4 explosives, or knives/mini-guns etc., lol (especially in yank-land).
