Although I wouldnt hold much hope in any distributor being able to help with any issues the TI is having, more than likely the response you will recieve is 'Best to contact Access directly"
Even if they did have telephone support I doubt you would get anywhere. Pretty much any new issues discovered are posted here and work arounds or solutions posted back. This and the mailing list seem to be the most up to date resource for problems at this time.
Ive contacted email support myself when I had the few issues with the first few OS releases. It took several days for them to reply and it was the generic 'have you tried un-installing and re-installing the software' Gee whiz, no thanks fuck me it fixed ALL my problems
Thankfully everything is running pretty smoothly now, havent had any real problems since the 1.06 update but I know a lot of others are. Its a real shame this lovely synth is plagued with so many software problems for some.
