Total eclipse of the moon TONIGHT!
Wont actually black the moon out, but will turn it blood red.
"Astronomers are confident that even with the naked eye stargazers will be treated to dramatic views of the eclipse, which will be at its height from 10.24pm to 11.58pm." That is GMT, but I'm presuming it will probably be at the same local time in all time-zones. http://www.timesonline.co.uk/tol/new...cle1464543.ece

Was indeed a fantastic sight!
Didn't have a camera that could zoom enough, so had to use binoculars and memorise the event instead. A guy on the SOS forums also managed to take some fantastic photos (from England), which summed it up really nicely: http://www.soundonsound.com/forum/sh...c=1#Post429468  [© 2007 Alistair May]
