Default [unsolved] How do I import Multis into VC? (Virus TI)

I want to back up my Multis using Virus Control.

The last time I did an OS update, it deleted my multis.
Luckily, I wrote down the used tracks & their patches.

Is it better to just do an Arrangement Dump?
If so, does the SysEx need to be in an empty measure/section?

Thanks.

It turns out that I did not actually lose my Multis at the last OS update. But I still want to import my multis into VC because I write music without the DAW and only use VC when I'm ready to record & put final touches on a song.
