No sound and error on Os update"virus A"

Hi i hope someone can help me with a problem that i have. my virus A has stoppet giving out sound. this happened over a period of time. first it stopped giving out sound,but when i restarted the virus many times it suddenly worked again.but now thats history.it doesent work any more. so i have tryed reseting it by holding down lfo shape1.(nothing happened) i`ve tryed both lfo1 and 2.(nothing happened) and now i am trying to update the os. but i get this message after block counting" DO NOT TOUCH ME -E:No BanksNo" what the f...¤%??.. i`ve tryed Os 2.5.2 and 2.8.

Have some one had this problem???
please help!
