Using a BCR2000 to control parameters under the hood

Hey there fellow Virus lovers!

So I'm trying to control Midi CC's of my virus B desktop that are hidden, like the effects section. Now I've managed to map all the necessaries on the one page. But the low page uses Midi Poly Pressure or Sysex to map midi controllers. I'm really battling to map things like the arpeggiator onto my controller. If anyone has done this before or has a clue on how to, I'll be very apreciative!
