Default [unsolved] Virus TI:Sequ. Mode - No Audio Signal in every part

Hello together from a new Virus TI Desktop user.

i've a big problem since four weeks and i'm not able to fix it.

I've written a support ticket to access and send it again as a reply including the support number, but until now i've got no answers.

I have installed the new OS Version 2.7.3 and i use the VC Software to control the TI.
I've conected the TI and my MOTIF ES with a MIDI cable.
Further i've conected the TI and my Computer with USB Cable.
Also i've conected the Audio OUTPUTS with the LINE IN's from my MOTIF.
I'm using the VC Software as a VST in Seuenzer Mod.

The Problem is, that i can hear an audio signal only, if i select parts: 1; 3; 5; 7; 9; 11; 13 and 15.

So, if i want to choose the other parts: 2; 4; 6; 8; 10; 12; 14 and 16, i can see a stream line in the VC-Software, but i can hear nothing.
The MIDI Channels are correct routed.
For every part, i'm using a seperat track line in the Sequenzer with the correct MIDI channel.
So for part 1 i use track 1 and channel 1 and so on.

I've changed the cables but without any results.

Is there anybody who had the same problem in the past?

kind regards from a confused user

i fear VC isn't working with conventional MIDI ... just MIDI-over-USB.

if you use MIDI, you have to set it up like any other hardware synth.

think i once read a thread about this topic here ... use the search function.

correct me if i should be wrong

Thanks for your answer.

I use the MIDI-over-USB connection between the VC and the TI.
The normal MIDI-Connection i use only for my seperat key to play the sounds from the TI.
It goes from MIDI OUT Key MOTIF ES into MIDI IN from the TI.

It works fine, but only in parts: 1; 3; 5; 7; 9; 11; 13; 15.

In the other parts: 2; 4; 6; 8; 10; 12; 14; 16 i can see oly that there is a streamline if i press the keys from my ES, but i can hear nothing.

I changed the Audio outputs from TI which are connected with AUDIO IN from my ES and i changed also the cables from Stereo in Mono without any result.

I've tried it also without any Audio cables only with USB, but everytime the same.

Any other solutions?

try to reset the virus:

- unplug all cables
- wait for 30 seconds
- plug-in the power cable while holding the ARP EDIT button
- plug-in the rest of the cables

try again and let us know

are you using the Virus in single, multi or sequencer mode??

think it had something to do with this setting ... as far as i remember.
