Exclamation [unsolved]TI USB connection problems in FL8

Hello,

I hope someone here can help me. I'm trying to get prepared for my first live performance in the next month so prompt assistance will make me eternally grateful.

On my old single CPU desktop my TI works fine, but on my recently purchased bootcamped Macbook Pro(previous generation)...

1. "USB connection lost" error shows up after about 30 seconds of initial connect.
2. Virus USB ASIO driver peaks my CPU to 99% and no sound or MIDI control.
3. Virus Audio driver missing last I checked, but I swore it was there before as it also peaked the CPU to 99%.

Both comps are running XP SP2 and FL Studio 8.0.2. I really only want to use the TI for a MIDI controller to control VST plugins like Vanguard, z3ta+, Pro-53, PoiZone and Toxic Biohazard. If I have the prep time, I'd like to sequence a 16 part multi.

I will take some more time later to reinstall drivers and perhaps firmware too, but has anyone else had this trouble? Is it an issue with bootcamp? I wanted to first give a heads up in case anyone had the same problem before and fixed it before they had to post for help on a forum. Thanks in advance.
