virus snow owners....question 4 u

hi....
can u guys remember how your snow was packaged when u received it ?
was it in a large box with thermocol/polystyrene packing around the unit?
or was it without polystyrene packing for shock protection ?

yes it was a large box...with a small bag in the box and virus ti in it, documentation, alot of stickers and AC.

also wanted to know...did it come with any replacement knobs??
the website says it is shipped with a replacement knob...or is this only for the polar,desktop and keybrd version ??
