have to turn on the virus two times to hear a sound

title. (virus ti2)
iam worried about this, this shouldnt happen, i got the virus only a month ago and there are already problems.
i can only hear a sound 1 out of 2 times i turn it on, can it be a bug in the software? should i re install the update and it will be fixed? is it a hardware issue?
