Virus Classic - Can't get 1024 sounds

So Ive updated the OS to 4.9 a couple times, and I am still only getting Banks A, B, C, & D.

I tried loading old OS's even, then going back to 4.9. Sysex's all the 1024 sounds but still only getting 4 banks in Single mode. Is there an easy solution that Im missing?
