Default S/PDIF Out only sends 44.1?

Hi,

I have a TI2 Desktop which I am attempting to send S/PDIF from to a MOTU 308. The MOTU 308 has a function where it will slave to a specified digital input and display the "found" clock rate on the front panel. No brainer. When I have it in this mode, with the Virus powered off (or the RCA plug yanked), the MOTU "hunts" for a clock, as is expected. When I switch on (or plug in) the Virus, it locks to 44.1.

I Have:

Set the Virus clock to "Internal"
Set the Clock Freq to "48khz"

On what I think is the appropriate config page.

Am I missing something?

P.S. I'd rather use the MOTU as master, but the Virus has clicks in the audio if it can't be master. Seem the remember reading others have this problem as well.

All thoughts/suggestions appreciated.
Thanks.
