Tip of the day: A nifty special feature on TI-series!

A friend of mine has worked in a synth repair service company for years. Yesterday we chatted about synths generally and the conversation steered towards Access Virus. My friend gave me a good tip how you can get to special edit-mode in Virus TI designed for techincal troubleshooting purposes. A friend of mine calls it the joker mode, because you can make really wacky random FX sounds in that mode otherwise not possible in normal mode. My friend got out some absurd horse-like sounds, etc. Hoho. Useful or not, it's loads of fun!

How to get to that mode, do this:

1. Reset and hold mod matrix select, oscillator select and oscillator mono buttons down.
2. When reset is complete wait five seconds and press both part buttons simulateniously.

It could take few tries because that five second pause really have to be five seconds. It usually works on third try. Have fun!
