Default (Unsolved) VIRUS C DESKTOP - BUG FLASHING lights after upgrade

Hi all,

I bought my VirusC a long time ago, first time i played with it i felt in love....it is for my personal use only in my home studio...

1 Day ago, i decided to upgrade it from the OS5 to the latest OS6...all the packets were received well, all the procedure was ok but since i pressed 'STORE' after the upgrade (normally, the Virus checks if there's no problem with the files then copy them into the ROM), all the lights are flashing...when i reset it, same. The screenie always indicate the old version of the OS, nothing else appears or disappears on the screenie . I turn it OFF and ON many many times and...lights are still flashing, no particular order... i cant press a single button, no button works...and no SOUNDS...--> my VirusC worked perfectly 1 day ago...i am so desesperate, i cant find my words....:/

I am in touch with the support but any help/idea muchly appreciated,

I'll keep posting here.
