Value Program + - Button Issue

Hi,
In the last few weeks the Value Program +/- buttons have been acting up on my TI Keyboard. I think it may be something more than just button failure as both buttons are good for about 10 consecutive presses and sometimes more. Then after about 10 presses what usually happens is that the patch does not change for a few seconds. I can presss the button 4 or 5 times more, still nothing and then all of sudden the TI will jump ahead 4 or 5 patches. I have tried resetting the TI and recently updated to the latest OS. 4.5.3.00. Does this sound like some kind of electronic glitch or are my buttons just wearing out?

Either way, I guess I should contact Access about getting my TI serviced. I am in the U.S.. I hope they have an authorized service center in the States.
