lcd contrast turning up

hi guys, how are youse hope alls well, i hope you can help me as, ive accidently turned the contrast fully down on my access virus c desktop and cant turn it back up again, i cant see the display at all, any ideas on how to remedy this issue? ive factory reset the unit so that didnt reset the lcd any suggestions? Thanks
