As far as I can see there is no midi in indicator on th Virus A. I have read the manual for OS v2.8 (there is no manual for v1.54) and can't find anything that could be a local on/off except the "MIDI PANEL" which can be set to INT, INT+MIDI, or MIDI. None of these selections work so that I can trigger the unit.
I have a EMU Command Station and a Supernova2, bothe of these units are accepting midi data from my Oxygen8 contoller. The Virus, however, is a nada. I have alos tried sending midi from the EMU and the Supernova2 into the Virus, again nada.
